Delete your Zippix account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Zippix account and associated data. Zippix is provided by Anwit AI on the web and as mobile apps.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@zippix.in from the email address linked to your Zippix account, with the subject "Delete my Zippix account".
2. If your organisation manages your account, you can also ask your workspace administrator to delete it.

We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.

What we delete

Your account and profile information (such as your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo), your sign-in credentials, and device data linked to your account.

What we may keep

Content in your organisation's workspace belongs to your organisation and stays under its control, including records you created or that mention you. We may also keep limited information where we need it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Timeline

We process verified requests within 30 days. Remaining copies in backups are deleted in the normal backup cycle.

Deleting some data only
